Agenda
Scrum Analysis
In the first portion of this meeting, we will take a deeper look at our Website Development Project as we walk the group through our use of Scrum on this project. We welcome this discussion to trigger questions and sharing of your use of Scrum. We will look at the benefits we have gained and some of the adjustments we've had to make given some of our constraints.

Breakout sessions
We'll take the second portion of this meeting to breakout into groups and discuss the topics that you want. From our new social media, to our new book review program, a chance to ask your questions on Scrum, continue to review our Website Development project and a peek into what you want to see in 2011.
