started at CNC Software (publisher of Mastercam CAD/CAM Software) as a member of the post processing team where I was responsible or developing, supporting and training tasks related to Post Processors. I moved into a management position where I managed the Post Processor team and then over to manage the Technical Services Team which consists of 3 distinct teams (posts, QA, Technical Support). Currently I am also in a Product owner role and a Scrum Master role with two different teams. Very challenging.
