I have spent my career in two primary industries: Financial Services and Supply Chain Management. I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with both large and small organizations, yet the majority of my professional life has been spent building and helping to lead smaller sized organizations.

I have especially enjoyed building a small company from the ground floor. I have been part of an executive management team and am willing to make decisions. I have a great deal of personal fulfillment from building people, processes and products and seeing the results of these efforts used by customers.

I would like to take my collective experiences and help another group grow from the ground up. My passion is in building organizations that can sustain themselves through both growth as well as turbulent times.

I am a hands on individual who believes that true leaders inspire team members by being at the front. Becoming a subject matter expert is essential to creating and maintaining a qualified work force.
