Travis Birch has a unique perspective on organizations and communities. Formally trained in classical ballet, he has had an international career in dance working with other dancers, choreographers and dance company managers honing his ability to work with a broad spectrum of personalities, cultures and organizational dynamics. Travis is also a trained community development facilitator, again working with many organizations across the globe as well as locally. Travis started working with agile methods over a year ago when he became a Certified ScrumMaster and has specialized in agile retrospectives, agile as a learning system and working with management teams to enable the deep culture changes necessary to sustain the benefits of agile methods. Travis has recently facilitated strategic planning meetings and retrospectives with executives at TVWorks (a division of Comcast) and is a contributor to the Agile Advice web site.  He also contributes to the Berteig Consulting Podcast, has assisted with trainings at Nortel and is currently serving in the role of ScruMaster for the Berteig Consulting team.
