Srinath Chandrasekharan is Certified Scrum Master and Project Management Professional. He has over 13+ years of exeperince in the IT industry. He started his career as a developer and has worked in his intial years on Java, C++. Subsequently he moved on to microsoft technologies (ASP, VB, SQL Server) where he has spent most of his time as a developer / lead.

Managing and leading delivery teams and interacting with client came next and he was successfully able to demonstrate technical and managerial capabilities in handling projects in development, testing and implementation areas to the client as well as the senior management. He then moved on to a role of a Systems Analyst for a short period of time before moving back to delivery. In this role, he was exposed to Agile as a methodology and then moved on to another organization where he was a key member of a group propogating Agile practices. The last 3 years have been spent in various roles including Coach, Consultant, Process implementation, training in the Agile space.

He has worked with various teams in his organization helping implement/adopt Agile. The teams have been at various maturity levels ( beginners to experts) and he has learned along with them in this journey. He has also been actively training teams in his organization on the Scrum process. These incluse small sessions as well as a full day workshop including exercises.

Apart from this  he has also contributed to creation of artefacts on Scrum in the Knowledge Management Portal in hsi organization.

He is a keen learner and keeps himself updated on the Agile space by attending seminars and discussions. 

He enjoys his spare time in the company of family, friends and watching movies (may not the be correct order :-) )
