Mark Pushinsky is an agile coach, trainer, and consultant whose broad experience in business management and team dynamics enable him to create breakthrough results for his clients and their companies. As a Certified Scrum Trainer, Pushinsky has led and supported more than 30 agile projects and has trained over 600 Certified Scrum Masters around the world.

Pushinky is skilled at helping teams and executives through the inital change to the Scrum process and at assisting large scale enterprise adoption through assessment, strategic planning, and executive coaching. He has seen numerous failures and developed a keen sense of the project environments that are ready to accept the change and transparency that an agile process demands.

As a senior manager at a financial services company, Pushinsky was a member of a change team that initiated and led a two-year lean/agile adoption initiative that resulted in a time-to-market reduction of over 40% and a process execution time savings of 70%.

A former NCAA Division 1A football player, Pushinsky's deep understanding of leadership and dynamics in high-performing teams has helped him design and deliver high-impact Scrum training for local and distributed teams of various sizes. Pushinsky holds a master's degree in IT Management from University of Virginia and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from William and Mary.
