I'm a recovering project manager helping organisations to transition to Agile ways of creating products. I introduced Scrum into a 300-person enterprise in 2006, was accredited as a Certified Scrum Coach in 2007 and a Certified Scrum Trainer in 2008.

I enjoy reading broadly on Scrum and other agile practices, collaborating teams, learning organisations and leadership.

I established ScrumSense as a Scrum consultancy in 2007. We work in South Africa, South America and Europe.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and a few friends, travelling, reading, theatre, dance, cooking, drinking wine* and watching F1 Grands Prix. I walk, run and cycle to keep fit.
