Mr. Allard started his career at NAVTEQ in April, 2006 as an Associate Geographic Technician.  Most of his work at that time included process improvements using software.  For the next year and a half his skill set became more specialized.  He implemented tool development into daily geocoding activities  and earned the title Senior Geographic Technician.  After being an SGT and a SME for a short time Ryan joined the Operations Engineering workgroup as a Production Engineer.  As a Production Engineer he has expanded his knowledge of Tool development through the exposure of various programming languages.  To date Ryan has created a few tools which are used by production in their daily activities.
